Domestic waste water was collected at Sump Pit and pumped to HYDRO® STP K-Series. Waste water will be treated as follows;
  1. Equalization : Waste water will be homogeny and Screening big or coarse contaminant
  2. Anaerobic (BioFilter) : Reducing COD/BOD with fixed bacteria & no O2 Supply
  3. Aerobic (MBBR) : Reducing COD/BOD with MBBR System – MBG Aeration Technology
  4. BioBox (Complete Finishing Stage) : Sedimentation, Bio-Filtration and De-nutrient
  5. Chlorinator : To ensure total E-coliform meet standard

MBG Technology :

  • MBG is Micro-Bubble Generator
  • MBG produces micro bubble in water (adjustable bubble size)
  • It requires a steady supply of water under pressure and plus a supply of air and no moving part of MBG (long life time)

Micro Bubble provides two important advantages :

  • More Surface Area : Micro-bubbles of any gas provide a larger surface area in any liquid.
  • More Time : Micro-bubbles of any gas rise much more slowly in any liquid.

Finally MBG provides very good in;

  • Standard Oxygen Transfer Efficiency (SOTE, %)
  • Energy Efficient due to using RAS Pump
